🔹 Personalised & Custom-Made Products
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
As our number plates are custom-made:
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun
We do not accept returns for:
Incorrect registration details entered by the customer
Spacing preferences
Style, badge, border, or fixing selections
👉 Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before purchase.
🔹 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to goods that are:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described
If your order is:
Faulty
Damaged in transit
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
We will:
Offer a free replacement, or
Provide a refund where appropriate
🔹 Non-Personalised Products (Accessories)
For non-custom items (e.g. fixing kits or accessories):
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Returns must be requested before sending items back.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔹 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins
Once production has started, orders cannot be amended or cancelled
🔹 Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe: Please allow the full delivery period (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48)
